1. Promo is valid for corporate collective vaccination only; a minimum of 10 participants per location (office, schools, etc).
2. Promo is valid for a complete 3-dose package Quadrivalent HPV Cervical Cancer Vaccine, which will be done in months -0, -2, and -6.
3. Promo is valid for booking until 31st August, 2017.
4. Price is all inclusive of quadrivalent vaccine, on-site vaccination fees, consultation, medical record management, disposables, service charge, and value added tax. No additional charges will incur.
5. That's really all there is. We won't bother you with complicated T&Cs that make your head spin.
